By booking an appointment at Allure you automatically agree to all of the Terms & Conditions listed here.

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, a loss of revenue to the salon and earnings for our stylists.  We therefore ask that you give us 72 hours’ notice for any appointment change or cancellation. This is so we can move your appointment and fill your empty slot.

 

We understand that there may be some circumstances where this is not possible, ie family emergencies or Covid-19 related issues. In those cases please let us know as soon as possible.

 

In the event of continuous no show or repeat late cancellations, the full cost of the service booked applies and a deposit will be required for future appointments. The amount will depend on the type of service being booked.

 

HAIR EXTENSIONS

If you are looking for hair extensions, all clients must come in to the salon for a free consultation. This is so that we can assess your hair and discuss which system is best for you. We will accommodate your requests if you prefer a particular system as much as possible, however this may not be possible in some instances. We will not book an appointment until a stylist has seen you and you have signed a consultation sheet.

 

Clients who wish to get Hair Extensions with us are subject to a £100 non-refundable deposit.

 

The client must read through and understand all of the information the stylist gives them in reference to pre-care and aftercare. If clients do not take the advice given, then you are solely responsible for the condition of your hair.

 

Hair extensions must not be removed by yourself (unless there is extenuating circumstances, ieCovid Lockdown, in that instance please make sure to get advice from your stylist.) You must also have regular maintenance checks to reduce any damage to your natural hair.

 

If you choose to have your extensions removed by an alternative stylist, you are also responsible for the condition of you hair afterwards.

 

COLOUR SERVICES

If you are a new client or an existing client who has not had a colour service within the last 6 months, a patch test is required 48 hours prior to your appointment.

For colour services such as Balayage and colour correction we will require you to come into the salon for a consultation so that we can see your hair.

 

DEPOSITS

Deposits are required for certain appointments.  Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment without 72 hours’ notice.  Deposits are required for

 

  • First appointment – £10
  • Certain colour appointments- £50
  • Hair extension maintenance – £50
  • Hair extension appointments – £100

 

Deposits can be taken over the telephone to ensure your booking.   Your appointment cannot be booked until the deposit has been paid.
