Patch Test Post

We have been locked down for pretty much a year now, meaning that we may have not seen you for at least 6 months. So with that in mind and with information that Covid and the vaccines may cause over sensitivity where someone wasn’t previously allergic but could cause now cause a reaction. We are required to patch test everyone 48 hours before a colour appointment.

This means that we cannot do any colour appointments when we open on the 12th April (🤞) for the first few days. We will be in touch with those clients and we will reschedule your colour. Any one who has booked a colour appointment will be contacted to come in for your patch test 48 hours before. We HAVE to do this, so no patch test, no colour appointment.

Covid-19 Protocol

Here are the current guidelines and steps we are taking to ensure we protect both staff and clients attending their appointments.

Please make sure to read these before visiting the salon.

The salon will be thoroughly cleaned and risk assessed before reopening.

With social distancing measures in place the salon will be running at a limited capacity, so please bear with us.

All appointments must be pre-booked, we won’t accept walk ins. Please do not come into the salon if you don’t have an appointment.

There will be no waiting area in the salon, so please arrive for your appointment promptly.

And please only come to your appointment alone.

There will be 15minutes between each client to allow is time to clean/disinfect our work stations and tools.

Your temperature will be taken on arrival at the salon. If it is too high we will have to rearrange your appointment. If you do not feel well, please let the salon know and we can also rearrange. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms you must cancel your appointment, no matter how short notice. We will book you back in after the isolation period.

Please use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering the salon.

Your stylist will be wearing a visor at all times. Please bring and wear your own mask throughout your appointment.

Each client will have their own towel which has been washed at 60C. We also have a supply of disposable towels.

We will supply drinks in disposable cups, however, feel free to bring in your own in a flask or bottles of water.

Please work with us as we reopen in these difficult times. Failure to follow these guidelines could result in your appointment being cancelled immediately.
